Transmission malfunctions
 

I have a 2006 650 BMWi that I swapped the engine in. After replacing engine the car was driven for two days no problem. On the second day drove the car to the store and then it would not start back up and has a transmission malfunction flash on the dash. I checked the fluid add three quarts. Still no start. I disconnected the battery and reconnected and it started up, turned it off tried to start but no luck. I notice that I can't hear fuel pump running and the car will not even crank over. No power to the small starter wire when trying to start. I haven't been able to get any engine codes but I get transmission codes that are cf14,cf15,cf16,cf17. Can anyone help

To clarify, is that a 5 Series or 6 Series?
