Perhaps powerchip can do a custom tune.
Try contacting Eloy or Joe @ Race Precision 562-630-5966.
I know you're in Seattle, but perhaps you can send them your ecu
or you guys can make other arrangements

you will have to take out your ecu, ship it down, the remap will be done, and then the ecu will be shipped back. you will not be able to drive your car without an ecu but it is a worthy mod

What the chip does... Stock is 325hp, 330tq
Powerchip ads between 344 hp and 351 hp, and it's torque to between 349 lb.-ft and 353 lb.-ft.
All depends on which octane fuel you use.

You should check out Dinan first and foremost, they guaratee all upgrades and are BMW certified and can be performed at an authorized BMW service center....good luck

Going Dinan is useless because you pay ARM and a LEG and some more... Other companys, including some of our sponsers(trinity) are much better source for these ecu upgrades...

it all depends on what you are doing and what u want in the end..nothing against any other source, im just keen on ensuring my warranty on major powertrain components, and you risk them if you do not go Dinan and get that coverage...i've seen too many bad stories on upgrades that cause engine or other damages that will not be covered by bmw due to the chips or flashes......often, though not always, you get what you pay for.....

Gee I wonder
About three year old research which predates Dinan efforts as they were very slow to the performance chip table. Posted here about 20-11 times. Probably have PDFs on every one of these vendors, but I never thought to do anything since the $$/performance ratio was never too impressive. Thank you but I'll wait for the TTV8 when one can really have something to play with
