Moonroof stuck open

My moonroof is stuck open! When I hit the close button, it closes but then opens up again right away. This is really inconvenient because it is very cold here. Any help appreciated ASAP!

Using the key(look in the trunk) you can manually put it down. Look in your user manual. Let me know if you cant find it.

It worked! And after I did that, it fixed itself. Now I can use it normally. Thanks!!!!
