kw variant 3 setting???

My Ride: 2004 645cic, 20" asanti wheel with KW Coilover Variant 3
does anyone know what is the best setting for kw variant 3 in 645? i try med, very soft and very hard now. but still can not get it right!!! i like the hard but is feel to bouncy...but soft are too soft and you can not feel the road! Maybe i'm going to try somewhere between med and hard! anyone know a better setting?
