My Ride: 2005 545i Titanium Silver/Black/Poplar: Steptronic, Sport, Cold Weather, Premium Sound, Comfort Seats, Sat Radio, NAV & Shades
Just got back from my dealer. I test drove a 650i coupe. WOW! That exhaust note is so cool. It felt like such a different car than my 545i. Not just the extra horses but the handling as well. It also had HUD which I had never used. I am sorry I didn't get that in my car.
Anyway, after 10 minutes in that car I didn't want to get out. The panorama roof gives you so much light in the car, it's almost like being in a convertible, minus the wind. The car got so many looks at red lights.
I had my salesman run the #'s on trading my car in early since my lease isn't up until Jan. The cost was just too prohibitive. Looks like I am going to have to wait the 5 months.

...trust me, the 5 month wait is worth it, just put your order in on time so that there is no delay, we have 6+ month wait lists in nyc for the 6er.....and check out my other thread on the 6er Driving Experience, it is amazing how BMW treats us lucky few

really? when i drove a 645cic convertible it felt almost the same as my 545...
This was a 650. So it had the extra horses.
