having a problem pairing my bluetooth

my brother recently brought a 6er about two months ago and me and him still haven't figured out how to pair the bluetooth please help? ( iphone )

it's pretty simple... go into the iDrive menu and in the setting to bluetooth options i believe then pair a device. Then enable bluetooth on your iphone and select BMW.

If it's a CPO 6er, first step would be to delete ALL pairings listed and start from scratch!

Correct, BT is not "covered" in the CPO coverage for repair or replacement.

However, if you have a dealer who is not willing to provide instruction and assistance regarding use of factory installed features and options you should politely speak to the BMW Dealer's Sales Manager about what the words CUSTOMER SERVICE mean.

When all else fails, the owner's manual provides step by step instructions for BT and other factory options and accessories .
