After an almost unbearable wait (ok, slight exageration), I took delivery of my 650. All I can say is WOW. I'll post some pictures soon (It's been raining almost constantly here), but I thought I'd make some oservations.
1. Acceleration much smoother than my e60. Don't know if it's software or the new engine, but it's fantastic.
2. RDS with Nav - One of my biggest pet peeves with my 5. You guys may want to check if there's new software that fixes this. Haven't tried a mp3 disc yet, but I'll get back to you if it works.
3. Love the Stratus Gray. Took a shot as I'd never seen it in person, only pics. After finally seeing it I'm happy I risked it.
4. Absolutely fantastic to drive. Not to put down my previous ride, cause it was (is) a great car. However, the 650 is truly something special.
5. Would have liked Comfort Access, but I think the Fob and start/stop is kinda cool. BTW - Comfort Access on an 3, but not a 6? Seems wrong to me.
I'm sure I'll come up with other thoughts after some more time behind the wheel, and I'll post some pics as weather permits.

Mines this week and i hope it should arrive next december
Just today i also got a call from a local dealership and he said he has now a 650 convertible sitting around but i feel i wanna wait for my coupe

congrats!!!! the 6er is by far the best car BMW has put out in a long time in terms of both design and drive experience, and isnt Stratus Grey amazing in person i just love how it changes color at every angle you look at it 
acceleration is very smooth in normal D, but give a shot in SD and then SD w/ sport and the engine really responds differently and the exhaust really growls
