I have a set of these. Not from this vendor and they are very bright but I do get occasional error message on start up only.

the license plate led on the 5 series and 6 series are "different". i would contact the vendor you bought it from and ask for a refund.

as stated, error free or i pay return shipping and send a free gift, great deal!

Agreed It's a little to bright IMHO. I prefer the OEM LED, a hint of white light.
