I am sure it is fixable, but I am not sure how long the fix will last. 
The same thing happened to me when I had my S-Class. I cracked one authentic Brabus Monoblock wheel. I had it repaired and a month later, it cracked in the same spot. Got it fixed again, than cracked again. Eventually I said screw it, and put the stocks back on.
Just buy a new replacement wheel.

IMHO that crack will require a shop that can true the wheel and weld both inside and outside areas ... then machine the repair to finish properly. It could be serviceable with that sort of more permanent repair.
Be cautious of someone doing a "cosmetic" repair - that will not be safe nor durable.
Besides forum members who may be able to recommend shops who have done work for them I'd check with your local BMW dealer or insurance company - they often use repair shops to fix wheels and won't trust the work to gypsies.
