My Ride: On order for November Delivery - 550 !!!! - Currently own 1999 E39 540, sport pkg, premium sound pkg, black on black. Previous owner of 2000 M Coupe, 1996 328is, 1984 633csi, 1982 528e, and wifed owned 1999 528 touring and 2002 525 touring. Looking at buying 545 or 550 in fall of 2005.
Will try and post some pics this weekend. So far I love the car. Feels a bit stiffer than my 550, more sporty.
Car is black on black with:
Black Pearl Leather/Nappa Leather dash and Center console
Cold Weather Pkg
Premium Sound Pkg
Sport pkg (love the 19" style 249 wheels)
Sport Auto transmission with paddles
Comfort Access
Dark Birch Wood
Heads up Display
HD Radio
Sirius
Sticker was $86,770. Invoice was $80,200. We made the deal at $81,500 plus they ate the last payment on my 550 for $1027.00 so effectively I paid $80,473 or about $273 over invoice.
I'd say the only thing that im not thrilled with is the pop up sunroof as I loved to drive at night in my 550 with the sunroof open. But really not a big deal. The car is much sportier/sexier than the 550. Love all the metal inside the cabin and the leather dash is nice and smells really good.

My Ride: My 1st was an '06 530xi, Titanium Silver w/ gray dakota leather, sport pkg. & Nav.
Now my 2nd is an '08 650i CP, Space Gray, Blk Dakota, Sprt. Auto, HUD, Sprt. Pkg., Prem. Sound, High Beam Ast. & Comfort Access
Congrats, I have had mine for just over a week and it is a thrill.
