Warning of something similar came on today right after.... I had car in M1, took a left turn, floored it, car shifted automatically from 1 to 2, i took some what sharp right turn, and error came up... wtf? Also said see dealership bla bla... Soo I turned car off, than on, warning was gone...
Should i be worried?

well, not necessarily. I once started my car in the morning, and got a big ! in the console, with a message in the iDrive saying bla bla Gearbox Malfunction! drive slow, contact dealer etc and the RPM was shakin around 1,500. stopped and started the engine again, Gone. this was like 1 year ago...
similarly, you are driving tight on turns and when the active stabilizer works, it might generate error codes for whatever reason. but if it kept coming' again over and over then you better check with the dealer.

You can sometimes cause those just as you did. If they reset then you are ok. Is your weather changing down to more cold? That caused a couple of mine when I went from Florida at 70 degrees to North Carolina mountains and 30 degrees. But in the long run they returned several times over the course of time and it eventually turned out to be low on hydraulic fluid.
Other causes have been various listed as:
1) Lateral acceleration sensor
2) SZL sensor
3) Bad alternator with high output voltage causing this and other sensor issues.
But if only once every couple of months or less probably nothing detectable yet.

Weather has definantly been getting colder. I guess how I jerked the car from 1 to 2nd and making a sharp right turn didnt help the situation...

Check the hydraulic fluid level in the reservoir. I got the warning in my 545i and upon checking, the fluid level was completely below the dipstick when cold, i.e., the dipstick was dry. Added Pentosin CHF 11S up to the cold level mark and the warning went away. Don't know where the reservoir in the 6-Series is, but in the 545i, it is next to the coolant expansion tank and says "CHF 11S Only" on the top.
