At one point, the gentlemen’s agreement among the big three German automakers stated that every car, no matter how much horsepower it generated, had to have a maximum speed of 155 mph. However, there are exceptions to every rule. Case in point: the BMW 850CSi you’ll see after the jump. It’s clearly been…adjusted. The V12-powered GT goes nearly 190 mph.
