Spy Shots: BMW M4 GTS Track Car
Our spy photographers have coined this the BMW M4 GTS. For all I know, the car you see in these spy shots could end up being called the BMW M4 Extra-Strength, but for now, let’s just call it the M4 GTS.
What is it? Well, “Extra Strength” pretty much describes it. In BMW’s relentless pursuit of higher speeds, they are working on this hopped-up M4 that looks like it’s ready to bitch-slap multiple race tracks in a single swat.
What about those “Safety Car” stickers, you ask? Pure deception, Watson. Our spies aptly indicate this is not the same M4 Safety Car the MotoGP series uses. That bolder chin spoiler and the appended rear wing are the giveaways that this M4 is hopped up on more than just safety-car juice. Squint hard enough, and you’ll spot Recaro seats, too.
