SPY SHOTS: 6 Series M Brothers
Again, the spy photographers of Germany have been busy around BMW, this time catching glimpses of the faces (and arses) of the latest 6 Series powerhouses – the M6 and X6 M. Busy though the spies may be, BMW doesn’t seem to have been quite so, with evidently very minimal styling changes to the M6. The first glance suggests it has received only the teensiest of touches to the front fascia, trunk lid, and taillights.
It also isn’t anticipated to be sporting anything different under the hood next model year.
On the other side of the series, the X6 M isn’t sporting many more changes, either. It’s instantly evident that it will be fitted with the new headlight style, with tweaks also carried over to the kidney grilles. The front fascia receives much of its overhaul along the bumper, made obvious by the amount of camo it’s still donning. In fact, most of the changes seem to focus around the bumpers as the back is similarly cloaked. New taillights and a new trunk lid also have made their way to the 2015 model. No new powerplant will be added to the X6 M, but it’s expected to be tuned for a few extra stallions.
