As new details start to emerge about the 2014 BMW M3, in comes the clearest shots yet of the compact supercar. British car magazine Auto Express recently sat down for an interview with Dr. Friedrich Nitschke, the managing director of M GmbH. The executive was reluctant to discuss specifics but said the next-generation M3 would have a “bigger focus on very low fuel consumption.” Although vague, the magazine says the car will feature a tri-turbocharged 3.3-liter six-cylinder engine with approximately 450 horsepower.
