F10 M5 vs. Ferrari FF in Epic Drag Battle

BMW M5 F10

BMW’s hellacious F10 M5 has been widely criticized as being too soft and too heavy to wear the iconic nameplate. Even with statistics like a 4.4-liter twin-turbocharged V8, an output of 560 hp and 501 lb-ft of torque, and reaching 60 in only 3.7 seconds, the big BMW hasn’t garnered the same level of support and love as the previous generation held.

However, if you have a problem and if no one else can help, there are those who absolutely adore the new F10 M5 and continue their crusade to highlight this car’s performance. That’s where this video comes into play.

An airstrip battle ensues between the M5 and a Ferrari FF.

If this race appears one-sided for the Ferrari, watch the video first, then we can talk.

Given that the two cars come in at similar weights with the Ferrari at 3,946 lbs., and the M5 slightly over that at 4,122lbs., the BMW puts up a valiant fight, only succumbing to the Ferrari after it reaches the speed limiter.
