What if All Cars Had BMW ConnectedDrive?

What if all cars had BMW ConnectedDrive? Perhaps it would be like automotive socialism. Nobody would apply themselves enough to afford newer and better cars, and before you’d know it, everybody would be driving around in 25-year-old s***boxes. Perhaps I’m thinking too far into this scenario, but entertainingly, BMW thought about this, and executed the idea to the full extent of imagination (thankfully for one day only), which lends to some entertaining YouTubing.
