Actually, from what I understand Hawaii consumes the most SPAM per capita of any place in the world.
And, FWIW, SPAM goes great with Mac'N Cheese, on Pizza with pineapples, and mixed in with Chorizo and Scrambled Eggs.
My favorite musubi combo is with a bit of kimchi mixed in ... yum.
