Tyre Advice
Guys,
Need some help here on tyre choice for my e60 520i
I have 3 choices:
1) michelin primacy 3
2) pirelli cinrurado p7
3) pirelli cinturado p7 blue
What in looking from the tyre in the following order:
1) ride comfort (that silky smooth feeling while driving like the car is barely touching the road)
2) low noise
Any help will be appreciated
Thank you

I have been riding on P7s for two years now and I love them. But my preference is a little different from yours. Handling ( #1 priority ), comfort, then noise. Overall these are the best in handling and comfort. You cant have more of one without loosing something from the other.
I stick with these because I had a flat on one of my rear tires and drove about 14 miles going in excess of 90 mph and never knew I had a flat until I got out of the car for work. That is the best comfort/low noise ever. I do not know about the blue line. Michelin I only use for by bike not cars. I had a bad experience with wet handling on that brand before so I never think about getting those.
I use to put Firehawk Wide Oval Indy 500 on all my cars but since I happened to go with the pirellis P7 I ended up loving those more. Honestly low noise is hard not to achieve in a BMW unless you get the cheapest tires out there. BMW builds there cars to close out road noises more than lets say a Chevy or Chrysler.

Another vote for P7's. Had them before. Their grip on dry is really good though I find them a bit numb on wet roads. I also recommend the Conti DW tires. They are quite, comfortable with good traction.
