To the OP:
Seriously, that type of question stretches credulity.

1. We don't know what tire brands are available in Albania and suggesting a brand you would have to import would likely be cost prohibitive.

2. We don't know your driving style or what are important features to you such as ride quality, handling, cost, etc.

3. We don't know the condition of the roads in Albania, the size of your wheels (which to fit tires would determine size wall ratios) or the type of suspension or shocks you have and if you plan on upgrading them.

Sorry, but it is really hard to effectively help you.

I've been very happy with Continental DWS on my 2008 E61. Good in the wet without tread block squirm.
