Default Advise on rims

So I got my 08 white 550i a week ago and I wanna get rims but have no idea on what to get any ideas or suggestions would be awesome. I also don't know if I should just powder coat my stock rims black or get new rims.

Lower it a little, add spacers, done.

It depends on what you are trying to achieve, esthetics, performance, or both. I like most of the OEM style wheels however they are all heavy. I ended up going with a set of 20" Forgestar F14's in piano black. The F14's are still 10% lighter then the stock 18's and the offsets are custom made so spacers are not needed for a more aggressive stance. Biggest thing is making sure you get the right CB, 72.5mm and the right offsets, fronts usually 15-25mm and rears 20-30mm (depends on wheel width).
