Thank you, are you using the IB Garage Talk app?

Bob, as logged-in members, are we not supposed to see any ads at all? I just assumed that's how the site is supported. The ads I do see appear to be all on-topic, like Tire Rack.
Jay,

You will see content specific ads such as Tire Rack, but we should not be seeing pop up ads while logged in.

IE seems to be better, but firefox is useless as soon as I turn off my "flash blocker".
Again, are you logged in when the pop ups load? Thanks!

My Firefox was getting so bogged down in ads it wasn't funny. Switched to Chrome which handles Adobe Flash somewhat better, but even that was getting too many ads. Finally installed Adbock Plus on all the browsers. It makes a HUGH difference. Only very rarely does it disable something I need and then if you think the website isn't working right, you can disable Adblock Plus temporarily. Sorry to any sites that depend on ads, but the garbage out there makes surfing too annoying.

All the forums I'm a member on have these damned ads now... I turned them off. Google Chrome > settings > plugins.

I'm not having any trouble with Google off a desktop :/ maybe you just need a better firewall?
