Subscription notifications are working, but when I click the links to go to the threads, the format is wrong...so I get a page not found error

It will work if you are currently logged in, with 5series.net open. But if you do not, links will not work.

Example of email message below:

You are subscribed to the forum E60 Parts, Accessories and Mods, there have been 2 new thread(s) and 4 updated thread(s).
