Those look to be Style 135 reps and the car they're on is not an M5. What is the offset of those? And are they staggered?

Staggered. Not replicas. I'm not sure of the offset. I actually have them on my 535xi right now

OEM E60/E61 M series offset are 28mm for rear wheels and 12mm for front wheels.
You could fit the rear ones on your XI car but it is impossible to install front.
I have 31mm offset on the rear wheels in my XI, rolled fenders and still rear tires touch the fenders in deep potholes 28mm would be even worst.

Spacers would push the wheels even further outside the fender. Spacers would t help you in this case
