FS: '99 525 TDS, Diesel, Very rare in the USA.
Selling a very rare in the USA BMW 525 tds. If driving an e39 diesel wasn't rare enough, this car also has the manual 5 speed transmission. I purchased the car already in the US, and buyer will receive a clear US title. California residents would need to title/register this car in another state as I'm fairly certain it will not transfer.
Mechanically everything works on the car and has had a very recent oil and fuel filter change. Sale will include a spare oil/fuel filter as well. AC blows ice cold. I would feel comfortable driving this car cross country on the existing tires, but would recommend the new owner set aside money to purchase a new set as the current ones are showing a bit of dry rot.
Cosmetically the car shows very well but does have a slight scrape on the front passenger side bumper as well as the tow hitch cover is missing off the back. Yes, it does have the tow package as most of the Euro-BMW's have. The underside of the car is virtually rust free. Overall the car presents itself in far better condition then you would expect from a 100k mile car.
I have plenty of additional pics or video, so please let me know if you want me to email these.

It's actually on ebay.....
current bid is $8,100 with Reserve at $9750 although I'll likely be lowering the reserve to get it sold the first time around.
