Feeler: Have a pre LCI Light Module
Have a light module or LM1 if anyone needs one.
Many have upgraded to the LM2 so you can install the original before selling or trading it in. Or if your module has gone bad this is a great replacement.

My Ride: 2007 E60 M5
to run AE as DRL you need the LM2 Module whis is available on all cars after 11/06. LM1 will not do that. The OP is saying that if u are selling or trading your car that you upgraded to LM2 and want to pull the LM2 and replace it w/ this LM1 or to do so for warranty purposes this is the way to go.
