I have a 550 and is interested to get this work. What kind of "bend" are we talking about to get this to fit? thx.

My Ride: 2008 550i Sport Package Cold Weather Package Navigation IPod Adapter Fold Down Rear Seats Clear Bra 35% Window Tint

The 550i version of the scoop has a bend at the end of the vertical. I tried making it work and gave up. I ended up ordering a new scoop. Funny though I had pretty much bent my old scoop to fit without realizing it until I received the new.

For any other E60, there is no bend at the bottom of the vertical piece.
