Why can't the 5's come with these bad boys? I took this pic today at the dealership while picking up my old car after its one year oil/oil filter change.

Yep, they are Brembos.

They have to be coming on the 3-series in the near future. Not sure about the 5.

Agreed. Our cars have hideous looking calipers.

+1. I have thought about painting them before, but then that would just draw more attention to how ugly they are. Maybe I need some of those ebay fake brembo covers to go over my stock calipers.

I actually sprayed my 530xi calipers with some Dupli-Color caliper paint I got at the local parts store. It was pretty much stock color silver/gray, but they actually came out great. I didn't even have to be too careful since the color was already stock...no big deal if I got overspray on the rotors. It really brought them back to new, even though that's not saying much.

I think I might try this. My new wheels "show off" our terrible looking factory calipers. This should make them look better...thanks!

In europe there are an upgrade for the 128's and maybe the 135s , there are oem Yellow/gold bmw sport breaks as a dealer installed option... Don't know why you would need them on the 135 with the 6 piston 's stock
