Hi all, I'm in England,
Have a love of bmw's and using a 530d M sport touring as a daily driver, great car, but has a few problems lol, I've also got a e36 M3 and a e60 M5. I don't get time to drive these much,

I've just sold a e46 320d, in a one off Laguna seca blue, missing it already,
What I've done so far is, swirl flaps and egr delete, full service, glow plugs, had auto box reconed, had problem with self levelling rear suspension, that seems to be working now, so I'm left with air bag light on and no horn, (swapping slip ring tomorrow) auto boot doesn't do anything, all switches work to open boot, inside the car, key and handle. When I get back later I'll be looking at fluid level, but I'm wondering if the tailgate wiring problems people have mentioned could play a part in this. I'd like to get the auto tailgate working if I can, BMW have quoted £1100 just for the large strut... Big money

Welcome. I've always love the E60 M5's I was a lot porter/tech trainee when they first hit the US soil. I loved them ever since. Nice collection.
