Been searching for a plavce to meet and it looks like Ultraplanet did some scoping and found this terrific place: http://www.burg-guttenberg.de/english/Burg...nberg_frame.htm It is about 3 hours form my home but I can deal with it. Good river drives and castle with good German food and BEER! Perfect picture opportunities.
All are welcome to attend. (As long as you have an E60 of course) No rentals
If you want to invite a non-forum member bring-em, and tell them to join

Anyway, reply to this thread if you are interested. Looking at doing this the last weekend in August or after the first weekend in September.

Iceman, Ultraplanet, Icy, and Spec33 are going. Who else?

If that's not a 5-gallon bucket, it must be a culvert out of somebody's driveway.

I've been in that neck of the woods. Beautiful territory. I'm sorry I can't join. Some day (once the A380s are converted to consumer ferry planes -- sorry, but there's a TV show on the A380 on right now) I'll be able to pop over to Germany with my 545.

Iceman you just kill me

I will do a drive by (still burning off those break-in miles) and try to scout out and exact meeting place. I know another guy with an E60 I will invite and there are a few other E60's on base, maybe a flyer is in order.

It looks like there are a few Hotel's in the area for anyone wanting to make a weekend of it.

Any EDer's out there we could plan around?

Come on let's shoot for 10 cars!
