A little story about an unexpected run-in I had the other day

So while driving my 04 545i the other day, I was stopped at a red light when an average looking W211 E-class pulls up next to me. The driver gave me a few funny looks but I thought nothing of it because this thing looked like an E320 or maybe an E500, Nonetheless I was not expecting to get passed by this guy. Anyway, once the light goes green I take off, I got ahead quite quickly actually but I see that his car is gaining (at this point i'm just flooring it 100%) and then after about 2 seconds he flies by me and that's when I realized that I just tried to race an E55 AMG lol. The car had no badges whatsoever, but i knew it was an AMG from the 4 exhaust outlets it had in the back.
haha anyway this was just a fun little story that I thought I'd share because it was very interesting for me.

Haha, did you get ice with that burn? Lol, I guess the old adage still applies: Do not judge a book by its appearance. No biggie though, you can't always win at everything but I bet it was still a good rush.
