The proper question to put forth would be
Are these OEM or are these OE ?
I am 75% sure they are OE
Virtually, there is no difference, I have both OEM and OE and only a trained eye can tell the difference from a distance less than 5ft.
Anyway,
Are these EURO (Amber) or US (Red) ?

Ummm, I was away for a while, and just came back, seeing many discussions here
Here is the answer for you guys. Please don't be confused anymore.
First, let's make sure what is OE and OEM.
OE is the Original Equipment part. This is the part your E60 has from the factory.
It has BMW logo on the part.
OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer part.
This part is not from BMW directly, but from the manufacturer.
For this lamp you see, this is OEM lamp from Hella.
Hella is the lamp manufacturer in Germany, and they make the lamps for BMW (also Mercedes, Audi, etc).
When you buy OE lamp from BMW dealer, you can find BMW logo AND Hella logo on the lamp.
Since this lamp is from Hella directly, you will find only Hella logo.
This lamp is no something like replica or aftermarket.
Clear?
Now, this lamp has Amber LED turn signal, which means Euro version.
For Euro version, you can buy BMW OE or HELLA OEM. Both come from same manufacturing line, Hella.
If you want Red LED turn signal, you need to buy US version.
But, you need to buy BMW OE because Hella doesn't sell the lamp directly from Hella.
(Anyway, Hella also makes the US version with Red LED turn signal for BMW.)
So, what is the difference between OE and OEM?
Nothing, But logo on the back.
And price.
I hope this help you understand. Thank you
