How do I tell what software version I have?
Although some users have reported getting to a secret iDrive menu or some secret On-board-computer codes, it turns out the only reliable way of determing your software version is to ask your dealer for a computer printout when your car is in for service. If you are especially curious about these hidden menus, please search our forum for posts or subjects containing the words 'secret' or 'hidden'. So far, nothing useful can be changed using these hidden menus.
