I searched and cannot find a definite answer for this one......

How do i know to which port my car will be shipped to ? I understand that there is a VPC/VDC in NJ as well as in SC for the east coast (anywhere else?). To be more precise, the final destination of my car is Minnesota, so will it be clearing at NJ or SC ? Also, it is a new vehicle (not an ED).

Any pointers/help is appreciated.

For vessels that are arriving at the port of Charleston, SC (the port closest to the Spartanburg VPC), you can see the vessel schedule by clicking here:

http://www.scspa.com/vessel_schedule.asp

I believe that the ships that unload our cars dock at the "Union Pier" terminal (abbreviated "UP" on the schedules):

Happy tracking!

when I ordered my E60 i found this thread to be very useful in tracking my car....called the 800#, they were able to tell me what day the vessel left port, able to cross reference with the vessels that left bremehaven that day. Since mine was a WC delivery I knew it was on a NYK ship...got the names of those vessels and checked the port hueneme site to check their schedule...
