My Ride: 535d m sport
Heeeelp!
Hi folks. So I started my erg and main thermostat DIY on my 535d today. When I tried to bleed the radiator with the red screw at the bottom of it the head snapped off in my hand. Then when I tried to remove the quick release hoses off the stat I could only get the top pipe off. I have the stat off the block and really good access to it but I cant for life of me get it to disconnect from radiator hose no matter how hard I pull! Am I missing something?

Hi cheers for that. That's actually what I've been working off. Got everything off no problems but I just can't get the stat to separate from the hose connection!
