Default Blow Off Valves

Has anyone changed the Stock Blow Off Valves on their N54 Motors for more efficient one. and if so, what was the outcome

Yes.. and I don't think any of them are any more efficient. Changing the entire charge pipe setup is the efficient part.

There's been a lot of back and forth about this. From what I understand our cars don't use "blow-off" valves. They use "diverter" valves or something like that. I think blowoff valces dont really do anything for the car besides the cool sound.

Charge pipes, dual cone intakes help.
Either way I plan on getting a nice loud BOV for mine.Good luck and Let us know how yours turns out. post a vid.
