And other way around it seems that if dealer did not reserve production slot, then the order goes to the end of the queue in factory order database.

Not quite, from what I've been told a dealer can place orders for showroom or dealer cars but BMW will always prioritize production slots for customer ordered cars.

Too bad the configurator can't show the inside with the black floor mats,
I'm sure the int will look even better with those.
I'm now also thinking about 20" wheels Style 312 Silver or Ferricgey.
