Soooo with nothing to lose and the injectors seen as a possible issue, i went to my local crappytire and picked up some Lucus Fuel Treatment on the way home from work.
1 bottle in the gas + WOT on the hwy = no more rough idle and no shakes.
I dont know whether to be happy or annoyed. Im going to drive for a few more days, if all goes well ill drop my Cobb back on and see if its settled.

Won't be fixed. Do this, let your car sit. As long as possible. Start it, if it misses, shut it off, pull the plugs. See which one is wet or smells of fuel. Replace the injector that pairs with the fouled plug.

@rubberfan your premonitions have come true. no more misfire codes but other egr and maf ones. probably all related. looks like i need to make time this weekend to track it down. may pick up a reubilt injector and just play part swap before getting some brand new ones

The fun continues. Finally had time to work on this. Opened my engine cover and removed all the other bits as needed. Was in the process of removing the first injector clamp.
*** Bolt Snaps ***
Of course being the genius that i am, i decide to roll up my windows in prep for sending her to the shop. And since instinct kicked in, i turned over my engine.
*poof* black smoke as the injectors try to rocket out
Put it all back together.
Shipped her off on a flatbed to my shop for them to work on it.
Awaiting damage report.
