Rear lamp recall applies to our cars too?

Rear tail light recall applies to our cars too?
Got an email from the NHTSA that for the 2008-2010 5 series sedans there's a recall going on. I assume it would apply to the E61 too, as aren't their taillights the same?
They posted two documents, the one from BMW Group specifically mentions the Sedan, but the other one from themselves, just mentions "5 series". Both are attached below.
Anyone know?

Owners can call BMW at (800) 525-7417 for more information on the recall. BMW recalls more than 134,000 5 Series units
If you call the 800 number above, you will find it states wagons are excluded from the recall because these have a different taillight assembly than the sedans that were recalled.
