Thanks! Great to see so many cool wagons here and an enthusiastic community of owners. I've been lurking for a bit... since even before buying the 535.

Now I'm considering my first major mechanical upgrade. Probably M5 brakes. But I'm a little stuck on which larger wheels I will choose. The SAT re-flash looks compelling as well. Still reading-in to the coding thing. I did some prelim coding with the Carly iOS app and wifi module, mainly to stop the bulb out warning after switching the reverse bulbs to LED. Any recs for sellers of coding gear are welcome.

My Ride: 2010 535i x-drive touring 6speed manual
Default Finally three pedals

Still awaiting delivery of my new to me e61!
Already thinking about wheels. Found a cool set nearby, If anybody is able to tell me if they'll fit I'd really appreciate it. X5 rims Style 69 18 inches x 8.5 5x120 lugs 48 offset I think they'd look pretty nice on the e61... Thanks!

My Ride: 2010 535i x-drive touring 6speed manual
Default First mods ordered.

Will post pics as soon as installed.
M performance Black kidney grills
F10 m5 illuminated knob
Black steering wheel trim
And maybe those style 69 wheels?
If anyone could confirm fit that would be great.
Cheers!

The x5 wheels should fit. You may need or want spacers as an 8.5 inch wide wheel offset should be in the mid 30's in the front. The rear can go with a lower offset so it would need a larger spacer in the rear to be bring them more flush.

Per thread rules:

My new daily driver that I picked up about 3 months ago. So far I have done a few minor things, changed spark plugs, Weathertech floor liners, added the sport button, added Umnitza ICE VXX LED angel eyes, fixed my front cigarette lighter and debadged the rear emblems. The previous owner changed out the kidney grills and tinted the windows. I have purchased new wheels and finally got them mounted, but the car needs to be cleaned and polished before I post those pics.

Thanks.
Nice one too, let's see those new wheels!
I actually like those stock ones too... They are from the sedan right?

Been a busy week for this car, new aftermarket M5 rep bumper + fogs with HID kit, lip, BMW gloss black grilles, and while we were at it new paint on hood, fenders, mirror caps, passenger door to fix rock chips and annoying scratches that dealer had touched up. Happy with it now.

going in for 3m proseries protective filmto keep it looking pretty

getting the headlights buffed as well, because they stick out as sandblasted next to new paint.

Paint shop did an unbelievable job, looks new.
