Keep the E61 or sell it?
A few weeks ago I posted how I was disappointed about what BMW N.A. offerings these days. This new thread is not about that, this new thread is about input on whether I should hold onto my E61 or sell it. Over the past year I have had little things creep up:
1) AM/FM with very poor reception
2) Lock/unlock FOB key no longer working
3) Oxidized driver side mirror (paint bubbled)
4) Spots of paint bubbling under the rubber of the rear glass window
5) Rear tailgate struts jamming in cold weather (last winter)
6) Knocking sound at low speed from front end (suspension or some bushing, need to look into it).
I am not a mechanic nor do I have the time to invest fixing some of the issues above. The car does run well. The resell value in N.A. is poor for such cars and it is a 2007.
I have a good mechanic who can fix 1-2-5-6 however I fear 1-2 will be very costly. The paint bubbling is bothering me because it is usually the first sign of rust.
What would you do?

1. & 2. are caused by the diversity antenna. You should change that and you will solve both problems. It is not expensive and it is very easy to replace by yourself.
Succes.

Or the tailgate wires... Or the antenna wiring itself which is in the rear window. A member here had that exact issue and his mechanic did a fix of some sort which wasn't the diversity module.
