My Ride: MY 2004 545i Touring, High Executive Line, Comfort Line II, Vision Line II (Dutch specced Packages), Color: Oxford Green. Interior: Black/Black leather. Trim: Dark Popular wood. Gear: Steptronic 6-speed
Other options not incuded in above packages: M-Sport aero kit, sports suspension, heated steering wheel, rear side-airbags, front screen with green upper part, panorama roof, electric foldable and dimmed mirrors, dimmed interior mirror, cupholders, styling 123 18" wheels with Dunlop RFT's, HiFi Pro/LOGIC7, alarm class 3, heated seats rear and voice recognition.
Waiting for february delivery of 325i Touring and 130i
or wait for an alternative of BMW themselves

Its a Koda phonpad for the E60. Its covered in real leather, comes in black, grey and tan.
Basically its a hollow fibregalss shape great for hiding cables etc covered.

I spoke with Dension (USA) today - They suggested that the ice>Link Plus kit for using the iPod in the E60/61 (fiber optics) would become available in mid-March ('06). The estimated price would be about $US 600.

For $600 I've integrated the TVandNAV2Go Video Interface and and AuxIn. Connected my XBox (modded with a 200GB HD to play MP3, DIVx, games, etc.). Ok, controlled via Remote Control, but hey: We're talking about 60GB of MP3 compared to every Multimedia capability....
Dension IceLinks are cool for the $150 bugs they cost here in germany to connect you iPod into an OEM radio, but $600......

I sent Dension many emails about our concerns they will test it and guess March-April.
for the moment Icelink plus is not available for e60, just the fm but that is :thumbsdown:

secondly Ipod is not the only far NOT the best system you can have, I have also Archos and others even for DVX-POD and they have remotes, so I use the Idrive to set it AUX-IN and then never more.
