Fault codes

My Ride: E60 530d auto, Proffesional satnav, power tailgate, interior lights, auto dipping mirrors.
Fault codes
55 plate 535d M Sport.
I came out to the car this morning and it wouldn't start, turned over fine, no problem prior to this, i have now done a fault code check and have the following;
4B10 – Smooth Running Regulation -Correction Quantity too High
4332 – Rail Pressure Regulation Valve - Activation Interrupted
43E2 - Throttle Valve Actuator -Open Circuit
41AB - Boost Pressure Sensor
4152 - Swirlflaps - Open Circuit
3F01 - Boost Pressure Sensor -Short circuit to B- or Open
Most surprised by the swirl flap code as i have taken them out.
I have looked on the interweb but cant find anything which would indicated whats going on, has anyone got any idea what is wrong, i find it hard that multiple bits fail over night so i am assuming its one or two things that affect the other bits, any help much appreciated.
