E61 Info - 530D
Hello guys,
Found a link to this site from Bimmerpost whilst browsing the 5 series section.
Currently have an E84 X1 20D but the car isn't as big as it felt when I viewed the car etc.
Had the car a year now and stuck the car on coilovers / x5 wheels / black wheels etc etc hoping I could just get used to it but it's not happening.
Anyway the dealership I bought the car from may have a E61 530D lined up for me with full service history, 60000 miles, manual, sat nav, leavers. Not sure what other options yet but I can find that out.
What I was wondering what is there to look out for on these other that a water pump 'being due' to be changed as far as BMW owners tend to go with.
Also how easy is the over ride of the rear air suspension when going on coilovers?
Thanks

My Ride: 2010, E61, 535i xDrive
Model Year: 2010
What year is that E61?
In my 2010, I just replaced the water pump @ 101,500 miles...but you never know.
Coilovers, you can still put coilovers and keep the read airbags (then code the height), or remove the air compressor and the bags, it isn't too hard, as long as you can code those things. I opted for keeping my bags.
