Default Constant errors after replacing both fuel pumps

Car: E61 2008

Dealer replaced HPFP under the extended warranty then told me LPFP is dying.

I replaced the LPFP and the fuel filter. Then cleared the codes in INPA. No matter what, these codes keep coming back:

DME/DDE:
2AAF
2AAE

EKP:
6291
6293

I tried disconnecting the battery overnight, and still no luck.

Hey buddy, I know it's been 2+ years but I have exactly the same codes on my 2008 E60 535i.
The car has 59k miles only, haven't replaced neither HPFP nor LPFP yet.

Have you fixed your problem and what was the culprit?

Thank you in advance.

It turned out to be a faulty low pressure pump controller module. The EKP

Thank you for the reply!

Hmm... Interesting.
Here is the thread I opened on another forum.
As you can see the person who replied to me suspects LPFP first but he leaves a chance the EKP is bad.

I guess replacing EKP module is straightforward but I need to figure how to program it.
