Yes, I do have air suspension in the back (EHC). And yes, they fit.
Maby the bilstein people think it is the EDC you have? (Electronic Damper Control) Because then they won't fit. Or maby because yours is a X-model, mine isn't..

I installed a set of Bilstein 24-120708 dampers (B8) on my 2006 530xi wagon with air suspension, back in December. They are absoultely great!

Ride is comfortable and damping feels perfect. They required that I use external bump stops, but the OAL and length of travel was the same as OEM.

I wouldn't hesitate to put B8's on an E60.
