Hey Tex,

When you pull it off or out (the Off Dial), do you grab the outer silver ring part or just the black cover within that silver outer ring part? Thanks in advance.

Nope, you just pull it off. I never realized it until I tried the other day, comes off very easy. I'll take a pic of the kit I got with the button in case anyone needs any of the other buttons.

You can take the outer part off, the black cover goes into the outer ring

Great find! I have 3 cracked buttons. Just a hairline crack through the center. I think the dealer said it would cost be close to $1K to fix. I noticed it 2K miles after my warranty expired, they said if I showed it to them before they would have replaced it for free.
