Retrofit LCI Halogen to Bi-Xenon
So after much research, I thought I had read that there is a full retrofit headlight assembly available from the dealership to get us from Halogen to Xenon. I called my dealerships parts department today (which btw is a great dealership to deal with) and they informed me that they do not show an retrofit assembly available for my car. Anyone else have any input?

There's no official retrofit kit ... but if the dealer know what they are doing that's an easy $2-3K+ work for them.
But unfortunately dealer that know what they are doing is so rare these days to almost non-existence that's why I did my light conversion myself.

I did a Halogen to Xenon Retrofit. Please note that this was with Non-AHL headlights. US Spec might require a little more work. Enjoy.

We have done a few but it never comes out to 100% oem working. Only setting works properly is auto. Even with the new lighting control module, it still acts up. Many pins need to be moved and wiring needs to be added but it can be done

In theory it can be done properly, it's just that it's not worth it at all. Not only are you needing work in the front, you also need rear leveling sensors in order to have self leveling working properly.

Side note: I recently learned that my headlights have the auto-leveling function which I didn't enable. It seems that you can still use the headlights and simply manually adjust them when needed(maybe you could leave this and other functions disabled on USSpec HLs as well?). I am using a re-coded Halogen LM2 though...maybe that's why i'm not having any issues?
Johnp69: I would suggest you try to go aftermarket as much as possible unless you really want the look. I did this retrofit because i wanted chromed shrouds, dual projectors and HID AE. If you really want to spend the money you can look at eBay - eine der größten deutschen Shopping-Websites and find a seller to DHL some headlights to you. I paid 600 Euro for mine plus shipping and paypal fees. After I sold my halogen headlights I ended up paying only like $550 for this entire retrofit. This is a pain in the butt to do and could be risky BUT if you really want it this is what you have to do. Otherwise, I could suggest that you contact Simon and put some orions on your halogen HL's and some aftermarket hids for your lo-beams.
Good luck!
