I have recently replaced my OEM headers with the catalysts using exhausts headers from a M52 engine which have the same flange and pattern to bolt on directly to the same studs of the M54 engine block and welded on two HJS 200 cells free flow catalysts. The result is pretty impressive and noticeable. Even from my first ride after installation (which DME hasn't even manage to adapt to the new setup), you can notice a crispier throttle response and more responsive each time you press the gas pedal. I believe is a worthy modification to every M54B30 engine! No issues with the 4 lamda (O2 sensors), no warning lights CEL and no problem with exhaust emissions what so ever and everything looks OEM to the engine bay. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
