My Ride: boosted 5er !

I'm going to go with vmr710 19s and looking to eliminate the 4x4 gap, I want to lower my car but i've heard that with xi models you don't go low as the non xi models, any pics will help =)

the only springs available for the XI models will be the H&R sport springs.

If you're driving in NYC do NOT go with just springs. It will be a horrible ride. Just deal with your XI stance until you can afford proper coils. You will hate yourself after you install just springs. Especially on NYC roads.
